Annual Wine Making Competition
Our First Annual Wine Making competition will be held in April of 2009. We look forward to judging your entry and are already looking forward to next year's event!

Contest Results Are In
Here is the judging totals for the contest this year 2009. The best in each class are marked in yellow. At the bottom you will find Best in Show, Best Red-White and wine maker of the year.
Special Notice
If you are interested in entering your wine in the WineMaker Magazine contest, you must have the wine at DeFalco's no later than Feb 1. Ty will make sure it is properly labeled, packed and shipped for entry on the 2nd.
Note:We helped raise about $150.00 at the BBQ cook-off over the weekend of Jan 24/25th. Thanks to all who participated.

We meet each month with about half the meetings being held at DeFalco's and the others at various members homes.

Richard will be serving food so just bring wine and chairs. We will be tasting and judging Pinot Noir and Zinfandel wines Please RSVP - $15.00 a person, as usual.
Judging Class
We met at DeFalco's for a wine judging class on White Wines - Other and discovered how broad a range of wines it covers.
Christmas Party
Our Christmas Party was held on December 12th, 2008 in Cypress, Texas at the La Parmagiana restaurant.
November Meeting
Our November meeting was held at DeFalco's where we began learning about wine judging
October Meeting
The October meeting was held at the home of Bill and Suzanne Badeaux. Those of you who missed the meeting also missed a real treat! Suzanne is a great hostess and Bill knows how to throw a party!
September Meeting
The September meeting was held at DeFalco's. It was our first meeting as a group. Some of us knew each other from wine making classes taught at DeFalco's.
